Hi, I'm Lena!
Sport and personal development have been an important part of my life for many years. I realised early on success doesn't depend on physical ability alone - the mind also plays a crucial role. As a former track and field athlete, I experienced this firsthand. Nervousness, pressure, and expectations can strongly influence performance. In training, everything often felt possible. In competition, however, it sometimes felt as if those abilities had suddenly disappeared.
This sparked my curiosity: Why does the mind react so differently under pressure? What happens mentally when it counts? And most importantly: How can athletes learn to deal with it?
These questions eventually led me to sport psychology. I’m still fascinated by how thoughts, emotions, and internal processes influence our actions, decisions, and performance. In sport - and far beyond. Mental performance training can help develop clarity, confidence and focus. It supports people in accessing their abilities when it truly counts.
Today I combine sport psychology and business psychology to support athletes, teams, coaches, and people in their professional and everday lives in consciously using their strengths, staying mentally clear and reliably accessing their potential.

My Approach
Mental performance training is not about quick fixes or rigid concepts. Most skills, resources and strengths are already present. The key question is whether they can be accessed at the right moment.
Mental training helps stabilise this access. I like to compare it to a well-stocked toolbox. The tools are already there. Mental performance training helps access the right tool at the right moment - even under pressure.
Trust, openness, and joy form the foundation of my work. Growth can be challenging but it should also feel meaningful and motivating. Focus and structure go hand in hand with curiosity, reflection, and genuine dialogue.
